My package says it was delivered but I didn't receive it yet! What happened?

How long will it take for me to get my order?

All orders are fulfilled by a variety of shipping carriers, depending on your location. The time it takes for your order to be delivered depends on which shipping option you select during check out. We currently offer two different shipping options for our customers:

    • Standard Shipping: $9.99 or Free for Orders $30 or More: Standard Shipping is $9.99. Free Shipping applies to all orders $30 or more. The lead time for Standard Shipping varies based off of location, but generally, you should receive your order within 8-20 days if there are no delays in weather, unexpected circumstances, etc. by shipping carriers.
    • We understand that sometimes packages get lost or delayed. If this happens to you, feel free to reach out to us at hello so we can work together on a solution.

Where do you ship internationally?

We offer shipping to Canada, Mexico, UK & Australia and New Zeland.

    • Canada and Mexico: 5-16 Days
    • Australia and New Zeland: 15-30 days.
    • Busy Season: 20-40 days
    • Please note that there are duties you will need to pay depending on your country. Unfortunately, we do not set these prices.

I received one of my products but haven't received the other yet:

Please note that multi-product purchases may ship in multiple packages as they are fulfilled by warehouses across the United States. You'll definitely receive everything, it may just come in several boxes!

Order Payment:

All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments shortly after, will be provided with one or more tracking numbers. For ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST. We accept 12 hours notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quanitity, color, size, or shipping address information. Just feel free to contact us. We’re available 24/7 at Please note that any request received after 12 hour period will not longer be accepted because we we try to process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed. We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 12 hours period but no guarantee. If we are able to to so you will be charged a 15% cancelation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.

Order Confirmation:

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the Email Confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

Processing Time:

The order processing time might take up to 1-5 Business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

-If you place your order after 11:45 am Central Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.

Depending on when the original order was placed. Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect product/ color/ quantity, and so forth. We ship the exact item(s) that you select at the time of purchase. If you require a change to your order, please email us as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, unfortunately we cannot make changes to your order, and a refund will not be granted.
Items received that are defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item free of charge. We also provide full refunds in instances of defective or damaged goods. 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your checking/credit card company, it may take a couple of business days before the refund to show in your bank account/ credit card.
Our return policy is effective for 30 days since receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. For refunds (if applicable) please send an email to with your full name, order number, item description and reason for your return. Return requests for orders received and delivered after 30 days will be politely declined. We hope you understand. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or a refund. Once your return is receied and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of you refund. If you are approved your refund will be processed right away and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a few days- depending on your bank. Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Please bear in mind that photo may slightly differ from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitors display. Every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are all only human! If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace or refund the item.
Our responsibility:
-Faulty Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect.
-Wrong Item Sent: If we send you the wrong product, color, or size.
Your Responsibility:
-Somewhere along the way you might have made a mistake. If any of these are the case, it’s up to you to sort things out and unfortunately we cannot refund your item.
Incorrectly provided address: If you made an error in the address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase.
Return/exhange process: If you believe an error occurred, we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, and a refund will not be granted. 
Exchange Policy.

If you prefer items in another color, or size, simply return the original, unused product back to us for a refund and place a new order. Product return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, and customers are responsible for a $5 restocking fee per item unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

What is our “Unbreakable Guarantee"?

As always, we offer an “Unbreakable Guarantee" to our customers if you find that you run into any issues with your locks (something isn't working right, etc.). Please reach out to us at with photos so that we can better assist you; our Customer Service team will be happy to work with you and/or ship out replacement gear or accessories if needed!

We offer a 30 day, Hassle Free, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. If you do not like the product for any reasons you are able to refund the lock!

What is Prop 65?

In 1986, California voters approved an initiative to address exposure to certain chemicals, which requires businesses to notify Californians about significant amounts of chemicals in products.

The Prop 65 warning that is found on our dry bags can now be found on all products that contain a small amount of over 900 chemicals or ingredients that the OEHHA lists as a carcinogen or reproductive toxicant. Many of the elements listed under Prop 65 are common everyday additives found in everyday products like electrical wire, cable, coated fabrics, steering wheels, shoes, gloves, tonneau covers, furniture, bed liners, brake pads, floor mats, etc. It is also common in most PVC dry bag products.

According to the California government, the fact that a product bears a Prop 65 warning does not mean by itself that the product is unsafe. At earth pak, we choose to label our products with Prop 65 as a "right to know" to our customers.
